The greatest things in life come with a risk! You never know when you're going to hit the lottery when it comes to investing !I feel that investing in real estate with focusing on  rental properties  is one of the most rewarding things one can do in their lifetime !


I'm sure you have heard that saying "stop paying your landlord mortgage".Well that is exactly what you want the tenants to do so that you don't pay the mortgage  and by leasing the property the mortgage can pay for itself  .If you could buy a property and lease it out and have the mortgage paying itself would you do it ?Would you want to live off of your rent ?Would you like to be financially free having passive income !My goal is to motivate and reach as many entrepreneurs and like minded individuals to invest in rental homes and live financially free !

Let's face it everyone needs a place to live whether it's in the good times or bad times!


There are quite a bit of advantages like tax benefits ,passive income ,living financially free ,do what you want  when you want .


Although you have many great benefits there is also some disadvantages  ,tenants destroying property ,tenants not paying the rent , doing upgrades and doing repairs for the houses, evicting tenants and having nasty fights in court people wanting to live for free ,having to clean up after tenants have left a mess not all but you will have some like that .

    Interesting about the other benefits of leasing a property. Taxes, passive income, financial freedom, etc... They probably are greater than the disadvantages, even though everything in life comes with a fair amount of risk, but the only way to win is to take risks. Great tips, thanks!
